Two pairs of Indian style earrings just arrived. 😛 One pair is cute elephant, which reminds me of God Ganesh, an Indian god of wisdom and intelligence, also Shiva’s son. 😊 The other pair is OM symbol (ॐ, 🕉). Ten years ago I liked dangle or drop earrings, while these years I only wear tiny stud earrings. So I don’t have to take them off when I sleep. 😆

吠檀多派的商羯罗认为无梦的深度睡眠达到了瑜伽的最高境界——citta-vṛtti-nirodha (cessation of all thoughts)。看来藏密的梦观成就法基本沿用了婆罗门的知识体系。和上座部相差比较远。

Nirodha： 无梦的深度睡眠不难，但这不是帕坦伽利（Patanjiali）的《瑜伽经》 的最高境界。瑜伽的最高境界是Asamprajnata Samadhi，是三摩地的最高层次。
